Polygons are an area of analytical interest in the geographic region of the T-Stats system you are a member of. Polygons are usually decided by the client that has engaged T-Stats - often the Destination Management Organisation, the Tourism Lead at the local authority or the National Tourism Administration.
Polygons are usually districts, cities, towns, AONBs or other specific boundary areas of interest such as National Parks.
To filter the data you’re analysing by a Polygon click on the Date Filter above the analysis graph and look for ‘Polygon’ among the list of dropdown filter options. When you click on the drop-down you will see the list of polygons you have to choose from to perform your targeted area analysis.
