How often is the data recorded? (Granularity)

The data in this tracker is tracked in monthly granularity. This means that there is a figure for every month. So you can see the occupancy of available properties over the come six months.

How often is the tracker updated?

This tracker is updated every day so you will always see the most recent occupancy for the coming months.

What is the source of the data?

This data is collected via an API link between the system and Airdna.

What does the data tell me?

The data in this tracker is based on the future quantity of bed spaces available and the future quantity of bed spaces sold.

Metrics

·      Occupancy: proportion of bed nights sold for each month. The nearer to 100% the tracker gets, the more occupied the available accommodation will be.

·  Beds Sold: number of available bed spaces that have been booked through the Airbnb and/or VRBO booking platform.

·  Beds Available: number of bed spaces available (listed) on the Airbnb/VRBO platform at the time the data was downloaded.

This data will update on a daily basis so it is likely to change regularly.

What can I filter on?

Date: to change the date range you are viewing, click on Filter and select the date range of your choice. One the next six months data is sourced for this tracker.

Are there other trackers that have similar data?
